Ingredients
- 2 English cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Make it
- Toss cucumbers with salt and let sit 10 minutes, then squeeze out the liquid.
- Stir vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and pepper flakes until sugar dissolves.
- Toss with cucumbers and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
