Tandoori Style Chicken Wraps
Spiced yogurt chicken rolled in warm flatbread with cucumber raita.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb boneless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt plus 1/2 cup for raita
- 2 tsp tandoori or garam masala
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 4 naan or flatbreads
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
Make it
- Marinate chicken in yogurt, spices and 1 tsp salt for 30 minutes.
- Broil or grill 6 to 7 minutes per side until charred and 165°F; slice.
- Mix cucumber into yogurt with salt and roll chicken, onion and raita in warm naan.
