Mango Lassi
A creamy, cooling mango and yogurt drink with a hint of cardamom.
Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe mango chunks
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- Ice
Make it
- Add mango, yogurt, milk, sweetener and cardamom to a blender.
- Blend with a handful of ice until frothy.
- Pour into glasses and dust with a little extra cardamom.
