Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa

Spiced flaky white fish with a juicy mango salsa and lime crema.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb cod or tilapia fillets
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 small tortillas

Make it

  1. Season fish with chili powder, cumin and salt; cook in an oiled skillet 3 to 4 minutes per side until it flakes and reaches 145°F.
  2. Mix mango, onion and half the lime juice; stir remaining lime into sour cream.
  3. Flake fish into warm tortillas and top with salsa and crema.
