Crunchy, smoky roasted chickpeas for snacking or topping salads.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and dried well
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt

Make it

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Toss chickpeas with oil on a sheet pan.
  2. Roast 30 to 35 minutes, shaking once, until crunchy.
  3. Toss with spices and salt while hot and cool to crisp further.
