Lamb Burgers with Feta and Mint
Spiced lamb patties with tangy feta, cucumber and a cool mint yogurt.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ground lamb
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp chopped mint
- 4 buns or pitas
- Sliced cucumber
Make it
- Mix lamb, cumin, garlic and 1 tsp salt and form 4 patties.
- Grill or pan-cook 4 to 5 minutes per side until 160°F inside.
- Stir mint into yogurt and serve patties on buns with feta, cucumber and mint yogurt.
