Whipped Feta with Hot Honey

Creamy whipped feta drizzled with spicy honey, made for scooping with pita.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Warm pita to serve

Make it

  1. Blend feta, cream cheese, oil and lemon juice until very smooth.
  2. Warm honey with pepper flakes for 1 minute.
  3. Spread feta in a bowl, drizzle with hot honey and serve with pita.
