Mushroom Swiss Burgers

Beef patties smothered in garlicky sauteed mushrooms and melted Swiss.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 brioche buns
  • Salt and pepper

Make it

  1. Saute mushrooms in butter 8 minutes until browned, add garlic and season.
  2. Form 4 patties and cook in a hot skillet 4 to 5 minutes per side until 160°F inside.
  3. Top with Swiss to melt, then mushrooms, and serve on toasted buns.
