Ginger Garlic Shrimp Stir-Fry
Juicy shrimp and snap peas in a light ginger garlic sauce, done in 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups snap peas
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Make it
- Stir soy sauce, cornstarch and 2 tbsp water together.
- Stir-fry shrimp in hot oil 2 minutes until pink and opaque; remove. Stir-fry vegetables 3 minutes.
- Add ginger, garlic, sauce and shrimp and toss until glossy and shrimp is cooked through.
