Smoky Grilled Corn on the Cob

Sweet summer corn grilled until charred and slathered in chili-lime butter.

Ingredients

  • 6 ears corn, husked
  • 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 lime, zested
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt

Make it

  1. Mix butter with lime zest, chili powder, paprika and salt.
  2. Grill corn over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes, turning, until charred in spots.
  3. Brush with the flavored butter while hot.
