Turkey Zucchini Burgers

Juicy turkey patties lightened with grated zucchini and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup grated zucchini, squeezed dry
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 buns
  • Lettuce and tomato to serve

Make it

  1. Mix turkey, zucchini, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder and 1 tsp salt; form 4 patties.
  2. Cook in an oiled skillet over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes per side until 165°F inside.
  3. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato.
