El Sazon del Rancho

Ingredients

• 2 racks baby back ribs
• 3 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce

Make it

1. Heat oven to 275°F. Remove the membrane and rub ribs with the spice mix.
2. Wrap tightly in foil and bake 2 1/2 hours until very tender and well above 145°F.
3. Unwrap, brush with sauce and broil 3 to 5 minutes until bubbling.
