Greek Village Salad
Chunky tomatoes, cucumber, olives and feta with oregano and good olive oil.
Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives
- 6 oz feta block
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Make it
- Arrange tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, onion and olives on a platter and salt lightly.
- Set the feta block on top.
- Sprinkle with oregano and pour olive oil over everything.
