Maple Mustard Pork Tenderloin
Juicy roasted pork tenderloin with a tangy-sweet mustard glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Make it
- Heat oven to 400°F. Season pork with salt and sear in oil on all sides.
- Mix mustard, syrup, rosemary and garlic and brush over the pork.
- Roast 15 to 20 minutes until 145°F, then rest 5 minutes before slicing.
