Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta
Linguine tossed with juicy shrimp, garlic, lemon and parsley in a buttery sauce.
Ingredients
- 12 oz linguine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
Make it
- Cook pasta, saving 1 cup of the water.
- Melt butter, cook garlic and pepper flakes 1 minute, then add shrimp and cook 3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Toss in pasta, lemon, parsley and splashes of pasta water until glossy.
