Ingredients
- 2 cups whole-milk ricotta, drained
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup mascarpone or cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Crisp waffle cookies to serve
Make it
- Beat ricotta, powdered sugar, mascarpone, vanilla and zest until smooth.
- Fold in most of the chocolate chips.
- Chill 30 minutes, top with remaining chips, and serve with cookies.
