Fig and Honey Flatbread

Sweet figs, creamy goat cheese and honey on a crisp flatbread.

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 6 fresh figs, sliced (or 1/2 cup fig jam)
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
  • 1 cup baby arugula

Make it

  1. Heat oven to 450°F. Spread goat cheese on flatbreads and top with figs, onion and rosemary.
  2. Bake 10 minutes until edges are crisp.
  3. Drizzle with honey and finish with arugula.
