Coffee Tiramisu Cups
An egg-free tiramisu in little cups: coffee-soaked cookies and sweet mascarpone cream.
Ingredients
- 16 crisp ladyfinger cookies
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 8 oz mascarpone
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Make it
- Whip cream, mascarpone, powdered sugar and vanilla to soft peaks.
- Break ladyfingers, dip quickly in coffee and layer in 4 cups with the cream, ending with cream.
- Dust with cocoa and chill at least 2 hours.
