Ginger Honey Tea

A soothing mug of fresh ginger, lemon and raw honey.

Ingredients

  • 2-inch piece fresh ginger, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 sprig fresh mint (optional)

Make it

  1. Simmer ginger in water for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and honey.
  3. Strain into mugs and add mint if you like.
