Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen peas
  • 1 leek, white part sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/3 cup mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • Pea shoots to garnish

Make it
