Spaghetti and Meatballs
Tender baked meatballs simmered in an easy, rich marinara.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Make it
- Heat oven to 400°F. Mix beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, garlic and 1 tsp salt; roll into 16 balls.
- Bake 15 minutes, then simmer in marinara 10 minutes until meatballs reach 160°F.
- Serve over cooked spaghetti with parsley and more parmesan.
