Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

Make it
