Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta

Linguine tossed with juicy shrimp, garlic, lemon and parsley in a buttery sauce.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz linguine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley

Make it

  1. Cook pasta, saving 1 cup of the water.
  2. Melt butter, cook garlic and pepper flakes 1 minute, then add shrimp and cook 3 minutes until pink and opaque.
  3. Toss in pasta, lemon, parsley and splashes of pasta water until glossy.
