Catalanos Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 lb pizza dough, room temperature
• 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
• 1 clove garlic, grated
• 8 oz fresh mozzarella, torn
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Handful of fresh basil
• Pinch of salt

Make it

1. Heat oven to 500°F. Oil a 12-inch cast iron skillet and press dough to the edges.
2. Mix tomatoes, garlic and salt; spread over dough and add mozzarella.
3. Bake 15 to 18 minutes until crust is deep golden, then top with basil and a drizzle of oil.
