Korean Beef Rice Bowls
Sweet and savory ground beef with garlic and ginger over steamed rice.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 4 cups cooked rice
- Sliced green onions
Make it
- Brown beef in a skillet, breaking it up, until no pink remains and it reaches 160°F; drain.
- Stir in garlic and ginger for 1 minute, then soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil and simmer 2 minutes.
- Spoon over rice and top with green onions.
