Chicken Parmesan
Crispy breaded chicken cutlets baked under marinara and bubbling mozzarella.
Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, halved into cutlets
- 1 cup panko
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups marinara
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Make it
- Dredge cutlets in flour, egg, then panko mixed with parmesan.
- Brown in oil 3 minutes per side and move to a baking dish.
- Top with marinara and mozzarella and bake at 425°F 12 to 15 minutes until bubbly and chicken reaches 165°F.
