Herb Garden Pesto
A bright, nutty sauce from whatever herbs your pot or garden has to spare.
Ingredients
- 2 cups packed basil leaves
- 1/2 cup parsley or mint leaves
- 1/3 cup toasted walnuts or pine nuts
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Make it
- Pulse herbs, nuts, parmesan and garlic in a food processor until finely chopped.
- With the motor running, stream in olive oil until smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice and salt; keep refrigerated and use within 5 days.
