Smashed avocado on toast piled high with peppery fresh microgreens.
Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup radish or broccoli microgreens
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Flaky salt
Make it
- Toast the bread until crisp.
- Mash avocado with lemon juice and salt and spread on the toast.
- Pile on microgreens and finish with pepper flakes and flaky salt.
