Honey Fermented Garlic Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- Salt and pepper
Make it
- Stir garlic into honey and let sit 10 minutes to mellow.
