Ingredients

  • 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp peppercorns

  2. Warm vinegar, water, sugar, salt and peppercorns until dissolved and pour over the onions.
