Carrot Ginger Juice Smoothie

A sunny blend of carrot, orange, banana and ginger to start the day bright.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Handful of ice

Make it

  1. Add everything to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 1 minute.
  3. Taste, add more orange juice to loosen, and serve cold.
