Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa
Spiced flaky white fish with a juicy mango salsa and lime crema.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb cod or tilapia fillets
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 mango, diced
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 8 small tortillas
Make it
- Season fish with chili powder, cumin and salt; cook in an oiled skillet 3 to 4 minutes per side until it flakes and reaches 145°F.
- Mix mango, onion and half the lime juice; stir remaining lime into sour cream.
- Flake fish into warm tortillas and top with salsa and crema.
